Gentle Movement Before Coffee

A few mindful stretches can shift your entire morning chemistry.

Before my morning shot of caffeine, I move. It can vary depending on how I feel. However, what I do always do is tap my lymph nodes and jump around for a minute or so; tapping the lymph nodes and jumping up and down is a way to open the lymphatic system, boost the immune and circulatory system. I'll share a video on this very soon.
Other movements I may do are neck circles, shoulder rolls, gentle forward folds, hip openers, and moving my arms up and down. Nothing structured. Just waking up the body before stimulating the mind.
Movement before your coffee / tea stabilises cortisol, improves digestion, and changes the quality of your focus.
It’s not a workout, it’s a very easy way of waking up your body.
